Vendalize is a marketplace platform that connects commercial property owners with mobile vendors for short-term outdoor space rentals. We facilitate bookings, payments, and documentation between property owners and vendors.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings made through Vendalize are subject to the availability and terms set by property owners. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Cancellation policies vary by listing and are displayed at the time of booking.

5. Permits and Compliance

Booking a space through Vendalize provides property owner permission only. Mobile vendors are responsible for obtaining all required municipal permits, licenses, and insurance needed to legally operate at any location. Vendalize does not grant legal authorization to vend.

6. License Agreement

Bookings on Vendalize are structured as license agreements, not leases. This means vendors receive temporary permission to use a space without exclusive possession rights or tenant protections. Property owners maintain full control of their property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vendalize acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not liable for the actions, omissions, or conduct of any property owner or mobile vendor. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any listed space.
